Highpocracy is the story of two siblings who smoke a lot of weed. Or perhaps it is more accurately the story of... the world??

For you see, these two siblings had a revelation. They realized that there was one key thing keeping the world filled with terrible, unsolved problems. None of the people in charge of solving those problems were allowed to smoke weed! And without that sticky icky's mind-expanding properties, how could they ever be expected to come up with the kind of left-brain, out of the box solutions required to solve the worlds' most intractable systemic issues?

And so Ryan and Jon took this terrible burden upon themselves. They would sell their dad's minivan, buy a microphone, and smoke a frankly fatalistic amount of marijuana, all in the name of saving the world from itself.
